Has anyone made a FOIA request of the names of anyone who has previously made a FOIA request of the missing Hawaii flight manifest. Maybe some academic researcher obtained the missing records 20 or 30 years ago before they went missing and have a hard copy in storage somewhere.

It sounds like you should look at some of the other side's arguments (including that Sheriff fellow) It's pretty convincing that at least *something* has been covered up or withheld, from all sorts of angles. It may be quite harmless, like covering up a technicality that could have disqualified him; unreasonably. Or it could be a lot more involved. I don't know, but there is obviously something funny.

I'm not sure what you're replying to here? By the way, the word technicalities often is used to imply something not really important, like 'red tape'. Or, that which if we could just get rid of, then we'd be able to accomplish the original intent. Yet I am in awe of the genius of our Constitution; so intent that isn't apparent (believing that it was brilliantly, concisely written) is most often not worth consideration, obviously. Therefore, in this document's case, the word 'technicalities' can't demean it since it doesn't make sense. (If both sides agree it was genius.) Or, the closer you look, the better it gets. The leftist inevitability of bureaucratization (dead heart) hadn't got it's nasty claws into our dream yet.

Since the records are missing for a return flight to Honolulu, has anyone searched for documentation of when Stanley A. Dunham left Honolulu for another country. It would at least show that she did leave the US, and if she left then she had to return.

The Kenya birth certificate remained in existence because records of Kenya as a British Protectorate were housed in Australia after Kenya's independence from Britain. The extant birth certificate for Obama has the following dates and signatures on it: The attending physician, the Coast Provincial Hospital name, the physician in charge of obstetrics, a footprint of the baby, the hospital administrator, the provincial registrar and his assistant, the name of the father's village, the names of both parents. None of this stuff is on the "document" from Hawaii. The reason given for his birth in Kenya was the mother, beginning to experience birth pains, attempted to board a British plane for America, but the crew refused to allow her to board because she was going to give birth.
