Who cares...besides, ESPN is just the sports equivalent to mainstream media. They are just as kooky as MSNBC, CNN, FoxNews, and the rest of the liars. Not being mentioned on the ESPN website isn't such a bad thing in my opinion.

You sound like you are a lawyer.

You must be aware that a judge has to agree to hear the case but, more important, a law officer needs to pursue the felony with a prosecutor. What
chief prosecutor, or district attorney do you know that would take on a case such as this. Most chief prosecutors, or district attorneys are elected and are political animals, they know what they do in their job could directly reflect upon their time in position. If a chief prosecutor, or district attorney took on this case, it would need to be in a very conservative jurisdiction with a judge that is a believer in the Constitution Does that type of judge exist?

Anyway, too many planets need to align to create enough gravity to cause someone to move on this issue. My opinion on the findings of Joe Arpaio is too much found to ignore on the credentials. Unfortunately, we have too many left leaning judiciary and political prosecutors to expect anything to come of this though it should.

If there was a trial and the findings were conclusive for fraud and Obama does not or is not able to produce clear original documents there would be a Constitutional crisis. Every law and bill he has signed would be Null and void and I guaranteed there would be riots in the streets in every major city of those lemmings that blindly follow this impostor in chief.

Since when does the legal professional wait for affirmation from the press to determine if the time is right to make a move? If we know there is sufficient evidence then
what are we waiting on? As it is, it won’t even come up until late summer probably.
Either the law has been broken or it has not. Surely the conservative voices in this country or not so insecure that we have to wait for the liberalcommunity to validate our voice. At this point, not only do we want this man out of office, he does not deserve a life
time pension if he took office under false pretenses. Sheriff Joe, ‘LET’S GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD!’ Please don't draw this out. You can finish investigation regarding the social security and military registration after initial charges have been made. By the time it comes to court, you will be good to go.

A notable fact--every war between Muslims and "kafirs" since 656 AD was started by the Muslims! In the case of "occupation", the Arabs started (and lost) war in 1948--and didn't rescind "state of war" prior to 1977 (so in 1967, again Israel had every right to strike nations which were doing proxy-war and outright war against it)!

No. "Palestinian" was a term (when used for Arabs) invented by arch-criminal Haj-amin Husseini (who collaborated with Hitler during WW-2 against the British who gave him the post of Jerusalem Mufti for which he was unqualified). It is impossible to pronounce "P" sound in Arabic.

Also, Arafat was cent-percent Egyptian, the son of a Port Said Egyptian dad and Syrian (Damascene) mum and born in Cairo--his claiming to be "Palestinian" would be akin to the son of a Menon man and a Kulin woman claiming to be Telenganese or Vidarbhan (and his mum was no more closely related to Husseini than I am to T. Prakasam Panthulu).

FYI, there is no "P" sound in Arabic, as was commented by a Pakistani back in 1982--"arabs call it 'Bakistan'..."!

Who said I was an atheist, I am not. though my view of God is different than most I would agree. Labeling people is not a good way to convince them of your position. I was brought up around a good deal of different christian environments. Some just as ghastly as the so-called extreme Muslims. Some not so.

Is there an ESPN America (former NASN) channel in Israel? No...the channel available in Israel is ESPN International. ESPN America only exists where Setanta Sports did business---and it never did business in Israel.

Whatever you say. I tend to read actual history not mythological narratives though. Not that all recorded history is correct either. After all it is usually written by the 'victor' or 'conquerors' of whatever geographical region it may be. Tell me who was Adams first wife? Should you say Eve, I would say some have a different view of that. Also it is a bit weird that according to the 'bible' there were these two people and they had,... what just the two sons,... well then how was there any further procreation? There had to be other peoples with other families otherwise they might have had to have incestuous relationships. --- Peace
