With four months left in his second term, President Obama is still in office. The impeachment bill died in committee and the statute of limitations to impeach the president has expired. I TOLD you that Obama would not be impeached, but you refused to believe me. Now it's too late. I TOLD YOU SO!!!.

Very simply put, . . Every president since Richard Nixon has questioned the constitutionality of the Vietnam-era War Powers Act as a breach of the separation of powers between the executive and legislative branches of government. But none have attempted to have the act struck down by the Supreme Court. Nor has Congress ever tried to force a president to comply with the act, precisely out of fear that the justices would strike it down.

The truth is, only Congress has the constitutional authority to declare war -- an authority that Congress has not exercised since 1941. Since the advent of the nuclear age, Congress has essentially abdicated its responsibility.

Obama was voted in as POTUS, NOT
Dictator...
He has committed NUMEROUS impeachable offenses as described in the Constitution and also has NUMEROUSLY failed to uphold the laws of the United States AND defend the Constitution.

We wanted a President who would provide honest "Hope and Change".

He has failed to do that with LIES, DECEIT AND INCOMPETENCE.

Internationally, he is perceived so weak as to be TRAITOROUS to the United States.
The United State's enemies LOVE him, whether they be countries or religions.

Not sure if the "Democrats are the enlightened ones" comment was sarcastic... But there's one undeniable truth, and that the democratic president was elected by a majority of the voters. The Republicans aren't practicing democracy (and with this Supreme Court fiasco, they are just proving it again and again). The good news is that the hole they are digging for themselves is surely unrecoverable - nobody likes a spoiled brat that goes home when he doesn't win.

Well yes Jason and the Democrats are the enlightened ones. The problem here is that both parties have become so corrupt and now instead of us all being Americans working toward a common goal we are at each other's throats. Perhaps we can agree that instead of fighting each other we work together to restore the country. Bush and Obama have been complicit in this. I won't point my finger at you being the problem as long as you won't point your finger at me being the problem. This country is heading down a very dark road very fast so stop fighting.

That is simply the truth... Heck, they impeached Clinton just for telling lies about an affair. Obama has told lies to everyone, used executive orders to override the constitution, virtually destroyed middle class with his health care fiasco that most don't have enough medical expenses to even get past the deductible, (so people end up paying through the nose for a health care "empty box" and only receive catastrophic relief while the insurance companies get rich). Then his "law" turns around and fines people when they decide the insurance isn't worth having, (which it isn't worth having), but people do buy it because they are FORCED to buy it through financial coercion. We are no longer free to purchase what we want with the money we have left over after they tax us. Now they tell us we have to buy their CRAP policies or else they will take even more money from us. (This law *** should be abolished.)

BHO openly & verbally admitted to the murder of an American male citizen 16 years of age while said citizen was eating dinner @ the hotel which he & his father were staying at in another Country thinking BHO was actually killing the father with the use of a DRONE & the whole conversation was centered around the POTUS bragging what an excellent murderer BHO was @ using a "DRONE" to accomplish his task of murder !! It was later determined that the POTUS wasn't successful because the original & only target was the father & he wasn't a U.S. Citizen & the POTUS had justified this murderous action with statements that the father was somehow a Whistleblower or traitor to the U.S. & his possible release of information would not be beneficial for U.S.A Interests & it appeared to only be a Negative for the POTUS & not the U.S.A. but I am assuming that whatever this immigrant was to release would have uncovered the "TRUTH" @ the POTUS exposing some of his "Lies" & they would negatively impacted his re-election.
