I guess i really have to spell things out for you. Always nitpick the spelling rather than the content....Communist Manifesto 101. Here we go, little spoonful by little spoonful. "Saint Vattel" defined a natural born citizen as being born of two parents who were also citizens of that country. If you read the various correspondence that occurred during the writing of the Constitution, the overall concern with the Presidency was that it held the singular most power of any position in government and the founding fathers were concerned that a person with foreign allegiances could co-opt the country (particularly Great Britain). Thus they wrote the natural born requirement only for the position of President. This was also discussed in the Supreme Court case of Happersett v Minor. Obama's father was Kenyan, at the time a subject of the Crown of England, thus Obama was also considered to be a British citizen. We also have evidence of him being an Indonesian Citizen, there are grave questions about the phony Birth Certificate that he posted (members of law enforcement have examined the document and have conclusively determined that it was faked). You can't be of dual citizenry and be considered a natural born citizen of the US. It just that plain and simple. Sorry if that hurts your feelings, but that is the way it is.

What Constitutional crisis? If the Imposter in Chief is finally uncovered and proved NOT to be a natural born citizen and not having been eligible for the office to which he was elected, this would be a nullification of his administration and all the actions taken while he illegally sat in the White House should be declared null and void.

The only crisis would be trying to make sure all of his actions were nullified...............no small feat. He should be tried for fraud and appropriately punished for same, along with the people who certified his candidacy.

RE: Obama's B-certificate. We have reviewed the sheriff's findings, and they are identical with ours. Also his false draft registration. The white house has forced the state of Hawaii and the hospital where he was born to forge these "official" documents. Unless they get away with changing the Constitution, they are committing treason.

you are absolutely right June, but the fact remains that the entire Obama administration is corrupt and I believe Obama to have an army of people protecting him at every venture.
Our government is like a "deer in Headlights" right now, they simply don't know where to begin so I think they are just turning their heads from the problem.

we as Americans shouldn't be concerned or even care if someone like Bill Clinton got a blow-job while he was President, we shouldn't care if Herman Cain had an affair while running for office these things are minor ( at least to me they are ). What I do care about is having a muslim sitting in the Oval office denying his Muslim faith and refusing to show any evidence of who he is as his radical ideology has brought most of his ridiculous ideas to a court saying that is unconstitutional. He doesn't play within the limits of the constitution and these idiots wonder why we think there's a problem..... wake-up brain dead people, you make me sick to think you
would sacrifice our country for a guy with a phony smile and a history of lies and deceit......

there is no transparency, he's had more alias names than carters got pills.......
He has not passed one bill that has credibility since he's been elected......

Excellent comment, There is one thing that we must remember. The Democrats in the last House and Senate (the 111th Congress) are those that were parties to Obama and George Soros's crimes. The Democrats in the House of our current Congress (112th) are still trying to continue the mess. Republicans have control of the House, but we do not have control of the Senate. We will have the Senate in November.
Obama is signing executive orders like there is no tomorrow, while he continues to side-step Congress. He wants Americans to believe that Congress is the problem. Message to Obama: There is a tomorrow....and tomorrow is now today! Stop writing executive orders, because every one that you write that is against our nation provides you with another ACT OF TREASON. You, Obama, believe that you can write all the executive orders that you please...guess what? Not if it an ACT OF TREASON. If you think your Health Plan is a high stack of papers...wait until you see the stack of ACTS OF TREASON that I have compiled against you, Soros, and your radicals. Count on being convicted under the Rule of Law!

From the day that the impostor "announced" he was running for the office, I said he was a "fraud - -no one, not even my own family agreed with me! His paternal grandmother claims she was there for his birth "in Kenya" - -by the way, that portion of Africa was NOT Kenya until 1968; it was a British Colony. The hospital he "claims" he was born in - -in Hawaii, did NOT exist UNTIL 1978! The BC he presented has been "proven" to be a forgery! How much more proof does this Congress need before they act, or do we have to, literally, "light a fire under their tails"?? America - -continue emailing, faxing and phoning ALL your representatives and "demand" removal of the impostor, or advise them, come next election, they WILL be standing in the unemployment line themselves!

All of this does involve the fact that Obama was never eligible and was never vetted. It does involve only the 111th Democrats in Congress and the Democrats in the 112th House and 112th Senate....do research. Facts are already coming out.

My son in law is a Sr. Digital Effects Supervisor who does work for the major movie studios. Last year the white house published President Obama's birth certificate on the internet, stating that it was the correct official document that proved he was born in the USA . A few days afterward my son in law said that after studying the document, that it had been digitally manipulated. He showed me changes to the document that appeared when he digitally removed layers which uncovered the history that is applied to a document whenever changes are made to it. These changes included the place of birth and dates.

WND (a leading internet news site) has reported that dozens of computer experts with varying backgrounds who have looked at the situation believe the birth documentation image released by Obama last year is not genuine. In addition, investigators say they have developed credible evidence that President Obama’s selective service card is also a forgery.

Recently results of a six month investigation of the validity of Obama's birth certificate and selective service card have been released.

First, the White House fraudulently created forgeries that it characterized as an officially produced governmental birth record and it also forged president Obama's selective service card.
Second, the White House fraudulently presented to the American Public at Large a forgery represented as “proof positive” of President Obama’s authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.

The first crime of forging government documents is certainly serious, but the second crime is TREASON!

This is beyond politics.
Write your congresspersons now, both democratic and republican, and demand a congressional investigation now into President Obama's published birth certificate and selective service card. Let's get this settled before presidential elections.

Allow me to butt in here, Matthew. You're on the right trail.

Don't forget, America had just broken off from England, and split loyalties was exactly the issue. The framers didn't want some America-hating, payback-minded half-Kenyan, (oops) Englishman becoming President then doing a lot of damage and committing treason.

They (including Thom. Jefferson) knew that the issue was national loyalty. They decided that Natural Born Citizenship would be a Constitutional requirement, even though the first Presidents would not be (in the strictest definition) Natural Born Citizens.

Remember, all of them had been born subjects of the British Crown, and many "Americans" (colonists) had parents born in England. So what the framers did is, swear allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and no other. They grandfathered-in themselves and the other new "Americans" until the first generation of strictly defined National Born Citizens began carrying the torch.

There are a lot of trouble-makers trolling sites like this one, spreading misinformation about what a Natural Born Citizen actually is. They keep claiming it's all about the spot of real estate where a person was born. Not so. The issue is allegiance to the country. That allegiance was traditionally determined by the parents' allegiance and citizenship.

If what Barack Obama claims is even partly true, he was born to an America-hating teen-age trollop and an already married Kenyan. WHERE he was born is a smoke screen clouding the issue. He's NOT a Natural Born American Citizen, and he's proving he learned a lot from his mother about hating America.

Start doing some research on the history and meaning of Natural Born Citizenship. If you imagine John McCain had an eligibility problem, you don't know enough to intelligently discuss the matter.

He was "investigated" to throw people off Obama's trail. McCain was born to two (Natural Born) citizens in Panama while his father was stationed there by the United States Navy.

Mark Rubio, however, DOES have the eligibility problem. Both parents born in Cuba - not a Natural Born Citizen.

Romney? His father George was born to American citizens in Mexico. Mitt Romney's grandparents didn't renounce their U. S. citizenship, so by definition, George was a Natural Born American Citizen. Romney is therefore also a N.B.C.

As for Santorum... not even curious... he's a loser.

Excellent thought to keep in mind. Obama and his thug/enforcer Holder would really, REALLY like a group of fed-up patriots to take up arms against them.

First they'd bring helo gunships manned by hand-picked, ambitious yes-men who wouldn't mind mowing down a few 'crackers'.

Then, Obama and Holder could declare any kind of martial law restrictions they chose, "to ensure that no further acts of domestic terrorism could be commited."

You can be sure those would include restrictions on guns, ammunition, gun powder, etc. And then, a huge advertising campaign would begin against guns and gun ownership.

What I want to see is a defeated Obama dragged into court for fraud, forgery, and misdemeaners against the Constitution and laws of the United States.

Wait! There's more. I also want to see Obama stripped of his federal pension and ordered to pay back to the US Treasury, all the monies he and his wife squandered vacationing around the world.

Back in the olden days, I am 78 years old by the way, there was another way to get rid of the un-wanted persons that kept ruling against the people. It was called "Tar and Feathers" Any person that did not comply with the wishes of the people, and kept ruling agaisnt the populace, was tarred, feathered, and rode a rail or post, carried by these same people, out of town, while the Townspeople watched.
