Arapaio said he had referred all the data to Congress at the time of the press conference 2 months ago. Of course we've had a presidential change of watch that's just getting settled in, and Congress went on holiday for a while, so we can't tell if or when the case may be followed up. The msm blacked out the investigation, and would continue to do so, so it would be perceived by the brainwashed as continuing the BS truther movement. Congress can investigate, but can't charge, as we heard from Trey Gowdy in the emails case. Ultimately, it would be up to Trump's AG to assign the FBI to investigate it. The politics at the WH are complicated at the moment with more international concerns and holdovers from Obama still in the WH working to sabotage him. All that will have to shake out and people start to see improvements in their wallets and geopolitics that make msm lies clear. At that point, Trump can go ahead without the pyrotechnics that would happen now. So, let's "keep the faith and pass the ammunition".

Problem is he's set up his new "command post" about three blocks away from the White House, potentially, to sabotage the Trump administration. We are told zero has formed a "shadow government"! We can only pray President Trump and his administration are able to bring it crashing down on his skull.

If we can factually prove he IS the fake/fraud we believe him to be, every one of his actions, while usurping the office, would be declared null and void; his "presidential pension" would be suspended, his carcass would be arrested and thrown in Fort Leavenworth and ALL his earthly goods/monies/properties "confiscated" and turned over to US Treasury, to be returned to the taxpayers he stole from. Now, that would be "true justice"!

Even though that *** obama is not president anymore this should be further investigated and if it really is a forged birth certificate he should be put in jail and everything he did as president should be made null and void period. That also means that anyone he pardoned should be back in jail. obama and hillary both need to go to jail asap

Asking the Selective Service for a copy of 0bama's draft card? 0bama never had a draft card. May as well be asking Hawaii for a copy of his birth certificate. It never existed. On Jan. 21st it will be time to arrest 0bama, just like any other person gets arrested for a forged birth certificate, forged draft card, and for using a dead man's Social Security card. I would also like to see a copy of 0bama's US Pass Port. Is it forged, also? Or has he been using his passport from Kenya, or Indonesia?

You bring up a good point. For a president who got into office by fraud, what is the status of his executive orders, vetoes, treaties...anything that bears his signature or is an important action he took? In contract law, if a contract involves fraud, it is automatically void.
Another context that "void" is important to is the incorporation of the USA and everything that spins off that, the courts, statutes, agencies, etc. Since that time we haven't had anything that was not based on the original fraud that incorporation of our sovereign nation was and is unconstitutional.

It's a no-brainer. He would certainly have brought the BC out immediately if it existed.
It should be mandatory for all presidential candidates to file their officially stamped birth certificate as part of their application to be on states' ballots, and those BCs should be available for public examination. That way we could not be deceived and there would be no singling out of individual candidates.

You're right. Obama is a fraud. So was Bush. Bush does have more of an excuse though, he was less intelligent. We can write off Bush as more incompetent, while Obama is more evil. Bush was actually more of a figurehead, with Cheney the real president. With Obama, you can't blame Biden. Bush was a deserter. Dan Rather tried to prove it, but ended up with fake documents. Still, Bush could never show that he remained on his post. Bush got into a very privileged reserve unit, for the wealthy, planned to never go on active duty, much less Vietnam. Still, Bush couldn't handle it, and just disappeared, during war time. Obama probably would have deserted, had he been in a war. Obama loved Sgt. Bergdahl, the deserter. Obama did one better, and managed to be a draft dodger when there was no war. Jimmy Carter reinstituted selective service registration after Russia invaded Afghanistan. Obama was required to register. He didn't. But later in 2008 when questions arose, Obama produced a forged selective service card. It's worse than his forged birth certificate, more obviously forged. Had Obama been known not to register, that would be a felony, disqualifying him from public office, so he forged the card. Today, computers can forge just about anything. still it's a sloppy forgery, using a form that didn't exist when he was supposed to have registered. Bush the deserter versus Obama the draft dodger and likely deserter if just given the chance? Tough choice on who was worse.

How do I know this? Common sense, and an understanding of human nature:

If Obama had gotten good grades in school, those transcripts would have been published in books and newspapers everywhere. Instead, Obama has a law firm on retainer that threatens anyone who asks for his transcripts.

Further, even classmates who attended college in the same years as Obama claimed to do not remember him — by any name. Not one classmate can recall either Barack Obama or Barry Soetero. Neither can his professors. All records are sealed.

Obama's past is a heavily guarded secret. He appears to be the true Manchurian Candidate, intent on destroying America's exceptionalism.

Never listen to Obama's words. He can talk the talk. Rather, watch his actions. Do his actions support a strong America? Or, is he selling us out by handing over our wealth to Islamist countries?

Is Obama aiding and abetting Iran's possession of nuclear bombs?

Is Obama bringing into our country millions of illegal African and Middle Eastern men of military age, which he puts on the dole at taxpayer expense? And they are all from Islamist countries. Christians from the Middle East are not allowed in, even though they are being slaughtered to the point of extermination.
