This isn't an isolated incident. Both the EPA and the BLM have been fleecing American citizens for decades. That's how they continue to grow in size and power. Most people don't have a clue how much those two agencies are really costing all Americans everyday.

Newt Gingrich also seems to recognize that those agencies need to be eliminated. He has referred to the EPA as the environmental problem agency. on more than one occasion. I wish American citizens would wake up and fact the fact that Gingrich has the best chance of winning against Obuma and the liberal dumocrats if the GOP would get behind him and quit wasting time and money on Romney or Santorum. They lack the wisdom and experience to win a presidential debate and neither has the strong leadership ability we need to turn the country around.

That's one small step in the right direction. The EPA and the BLM are two of the worst cancers growing within our government. Both are a serious threat to the life of this nation and should be removed completely . I suspect if the general public knew of even a tenth of what those two agencies have been up to, there would have been a revolt decades ago. Both of those agencies have been hiding behind the cloak of "environmental protection" while doing more damage to our environment, our economy and our constitution than most people can imagine. In the process, they're wasting enormous amounts of fuel, natural resources and driving companies out of this country taking jobs and tax revenue with them.

John: You have that exactly right. I believe this may have been in an attempt to raise funds for you know whose campaign. What better way, than to bully law abiding citizens into paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines etc.

If the Sacketts had "drained" a lake, or a pond, that would be one thing; but, they did NOT. Instead, at the request of their local permitting office, they cleared a "plugged" drainage area - -because the local authority didn't have the "manpower, or the time"! They were given permission to DO the work, but the fed EPA decided "they" had other plans. Thankfully, the Supremes, this time, did what they're "supposed to do"!
